Končistá is the highest peak in the southern part of the main ridge of the High Tatras. In order to ascend to Končistá, you should already have some experience with all day hikes with high elevation gains, for example to Rysy mountain, Jahňací štít peak, etc. It is one of the most beautiful hikes in the Tatras offering stunning views and allowing hikers to gain experience in moving beyond the marked trails.
